Andrzej Dylewski

Mr. Dylewski is the Director who designed and implemented the strategy of Poland’s Postbank to advance in rural financial inclusion. This included the quadruple increase of personal accounts to more than 2 million previously unbanked citizens, triple increase of small loans and a sixfold increase of net profit in years 2009-2015. He was responsible for the relationship with the Polish Post and the usage of its > 8,000 post offices. Before joining Postbank, Mr. Dylewski gained broad experience in retail financial services at Allianz, and BRE Bank and in insurance, payments, banking and mutual funds. He is currently setting up new ventures in Agrofinance in Africa.
